Trevillion were appointed to procure and manage the design team for the highly acclaimed £ 10 million redevelopment of the Dormy House Hotel in the Cotswolds.
The works included new build bedrooms and spa together with refurbishment of a number of existing bedrooms and public areas.
Following the success of this project completed on budget and within an extremely tight programme Trevillion were appointed to carry out the design , procurement and management of the remaining bedrooms within the hotel in an upscale , luxury , farmhouse style .The hotel is now recognised as a leading hotel in the UK and has been awarded AA Hotel of the Year , Mr and Mrs Smith Best Spa and the Conde Nast Johansens Hotel Award .
