Trevillion were appointed to design, procure and manage the refurbishment of the Radisson blu leeds which encompassed 147 bedrooms, associated corridors, meeting and events areas, plus a new concept to the ground floor of the building.
Fire Lake is a brand concept that the Rezidor Group had developed and implemented in north America. Our brief was to interpret the concept into a design profile for the Leeds property, being the first in Europe.
The design required a high street appeal, and to achieve this Trevillion gave the venue an on trend urban, industrial feel making use of the double height of the space, using natural materials such as sawn timbers, unfinished metal, exposed conduits, aged leathers and uncovered original brickwork, added to contrasting contemporary fabrics and furnishings.
An open grill kitchen and a feature bar are the focal points, which all lead to a suitably glamourous and comfortably social space
