Trevillion were invited to be a part of the feasibility process to assist in the creation of the “Grand Plan” proposals intended to compliment the exciting Farnham Town Centre development. The brief includes an Orangery with views to the hotels gardens, an improved sense of arrival and better use of the hotels Public Areas. Extensive research and feasibility has been explored to ensure the proposals meet not only with local planning restrictions but deliver operational solutions conducive with the hotels commercial needs. Awaiting a lengthy planning approvals process investment has already began with an overview of the existing bedroom stock. Work started with the guest bedrooms within the modern extension being refurbished delivering an uncluttered sense of comfort with a contemporary twist on a traditional theme. All perfectly complimenting the hotels heritage. The bathrooms have been totally remodelled to deliver walk in showers with the latest brassware technology. Bedrooms within the main house have proved to be more challenging having many structural restrictions and inherent construction issues to initially overcome. The main suite overlooking the garden is the beginning of a more eclectic portfolio of rooms delivering individual schemes and styles to attract a growing leisure market.
